In July, I only had 4 dividend increases, but made a huge difference when it comes to the bottom line. It all adds up in the long run.
Caterpillar (CAT) raised their dividend almost 20% to $1.03. My annual dividend went form $68.80 to $82.40, a $13.60 increase
Bank of America (BAC) raised their dividend 20% to $.18. My annual dividend went from $70.20 to $84.24, a $14.04 increase
Discover Financial Services (DFS) raised their dividend 10% to $.44, increasing my annual dividend by $8.80.
National Retail Properties (NNN) raised their dividend 4% to $.52. My annual dividend increased by $1.17.
Overall, these increases added $37.61 to my annual dividends.
Can't complain.
